Coach, Inspire Thyself: Practice What I Preach
Do I practice what I preach? A question I get asked often and one I often ask myself. I think about this when I am coaching an individual or a group workshop. I want to be sure that I am presenting information not only as a coach but as a person who is practicing the same principles.
